Course Description
This webinar will explain the revalidation process and the filing of the Medicare 855A form. The 855A form is a difficult form to complete and Ted Cuppett will step particpants through the completion of the form from start to finish. Failure to file the revalidation timely, incomplete or inaccurate information on the form, as well as not updating the information on file, can result in a loss of Medicare billing privileges.
Objectives
- Discuss the Medicare revalidation process
- Explain how to properly complete the 855A document
- Provide direction on ongoing monitoring of the 855A update process
